They don’t only come because they have to, they come because they want to. That’s what I see when I see that our youth have taken the bus or walked to get to 1st S.T.R.I.N.G. (Which stands for: First Striving To Remain In the Never-ending Kingdom of God)
Focusing on issues that are real to youth grades Pre-K through 12, such as peer pressure, self-esteem, dating, and more 1st S.T.R.I.N.G. exists to TEACH youth how to:
- BUILD upon their faith
- SHARE God’s Word
- SERVE one another and the community,
- LOVE God by building a personal relationship with Him
- HAVE FUN with other Christians
Grade-level classes can be found engaging in biblically based activities on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm in the lower level.
